Hi, sorry I don`t write well in English

I have outlook 2000 SP3 in exchange 2000
The outlook 2000 is formed in way offline, so global address list unloading
in the pc.
When I look for a person in the list I write “example: cu†and it finds me
first, but I write “example: cur†goes away directly to the D, although the
name exists.
I have erased .ost, .pab, .wab and others, but it follows equal.
I have cleared outlook, but it follows equal

The addressbook might have become corrupted. If you really NEED to work
offline, you might try this:
Quit outlook. Delete everything in C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and in C:\Documents and
Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Restart Outlook. Go
online and make sure Outlook synchronizes everything. Go offline and retry
the addressbook.
If you miss the autocomplete, restore the .nk2 file from the recycle bin.
If you miss an archive file, restore the archive.pst from the recycle bin.

Thanks for the aid

But already I have made the tasks that you indicate to me.

I have installed all office again, and it follows equal.

nonencounter the file .nk2 (it´s a outlook 2000)

You have some other idea?

Again thanks

Outlook 2000 does not support cached Exchange mode.
