Global Address book in Word

How do I access my Outlook Global Address book or create the icon on the
Toolbar so that this information is always available in the Microsoft Office
package?
 
Hit the Office Button/Word Options - Customize. Select "Commands Not in the
Ribbon" from the left side, locate Address Book in the list of commands &
add it to the QAT.
