Glitch in my IE 6 that wasn't there before

Hello,

I just had to reinstall my windows me, ever since I did I
have been having a problem with IE 6, When I use the tab
button to go from line to line, it freezes for a few
seconds before it goes to the next line, even if I click
on the next line instead of using the tab it still won't
let me type in that line for a few seconds. Also if I
click on a button like the ones that say e.g, send,
search, find, go, any button like that it also freezes for
a few seconds before it starts to do anything. Any
suggestions on how to fix this?
