Give full admin Local Rights XP machine

How can I give XP and Win2k users admin rights to their
own workstations in a Win2k AD domain?

Add Domain Users (or whatever you're using) to each workstation's local
administrator's group.

This isn't a good idea at all and I would recommend against it, but if you
have to you just need to add the users domain account to the local
administrators group on each PC.
