Gigantic font size in office assistant help window

I opened the office assistant, and the font size was gigantic, over 22 pt.
How can I return the settings (where are the settings) to "normal" size font?
 
If you have a recent version of Word, the text size in Help is dependent on
the text size selected in Internet Explorer.
