Why does frontpage 2002 crash with a input of a gif animation file...

When I try to import it crashes same as if I try to drag and drop the file,
I have tried a different anime file but no luck. Does FP 2k3 have this
fault also? planning to buy ASAP so please advise on this problem

I just tested this with a small animated GIF in FP2002 and
didn't experience a problem. You can try the same file if
you like; it's

There are 3 possibilities to this-
Your install of FP is bad, your OS is bad, or the gif is
bad. Not all gifs are the same. If you want to send me the
gif I will see if I can view and or post it.
