Ghost expert wanted

I'm brand new to XP (reluctant changeover from Win98-2nd because old
computer went south). New Gateway has two internal 80GB hard drives. Will
an experienced GHOST user tell me if I can partition the second hard drive
and mirror the first HD to the second, using GHOST (or some other program)?
