getting Unable to open free/busy information error

I was told earlier that i should clean my free/busy by entering
Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /cleanfreebusy
and i can't get that to work - it tells me that windows cannot find it. Can
anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks

You may need to specify the full path to Outlook. Use

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\Outlook.exe" /cleanfreebusy

where "XX" depends on your version of Outlook, which you didn't think
important enough to state. "10" for Outlook 2002 and "11" for Outlook 2003.
For Outlook 2000, I believe "XX" isn't there at all (i.e., it's just
"Office").
