Getting Timed out while sending attachements

When I try to send an attachement over 1 mb in size I get a timed out error
message and the email and attachment are not sent.

I am not timed out as I am still sending and recieving other emials.

I have not problem recieving large attached files but cant send them.

Virus program turned off and no difference. Server claims its an Outlook
problem.
 
The upload speed my be slower than the download and that may be why you time
out on upload. You say that you are not timing out, but you may be timing
out on that account(increase you timeout function) and continuing the
upload/download on other accounts.
