I just bought a new computer. I use Outlook for my e-mails, as I did on my
previous computer. Is there to a file or files(etc) that I can transfer
from the old computer that will have my old address book and custom folders
that would be useable by my new computer. The new computer is using a newer
version of OE.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You can import an address book in OE (OE is MSIMN.EXE) but it looks
for a *.wab file. Outlook doesn't export to a *.wab file but will to
a *.vcf file. Then you have to use OE's address book (WAB.EXE) listed
in Start/Programs/Accessories to import the *.vcf file and convert it
to a *.wab file. Once that is done you can then open OE and import
the *.wab file.
