Im having a lot of trouble adding email accounts. How do you get the server
information?

Ask your email provider. If I remember correctly, live.com uses the
HTTP protocol, which Windows Mail cannot handle.

Windows Live Mail can handle the HTTP protocol for some sites,
such as live.com, and can look up the details as soon as you enter
your live.com email address.
