getting started on e-mailing

I tried from june to get into this lark, and 70 years old I have just beat
it.
I now hope that I will be able to use it to it's full advantage.
What I would like to know is there any way of finding a demonstration on the
computor
on how to begin?
 
You've posted your question into a newsgroup that supports a very
specific product.

For getting started using the computer you are better server with
introductory books on the subject. If you lose your way you still
have the book in hand for reference.

Amazon.com and bn.com are a couple of good sources. If you don't know
hoow to use them then a trip to a book store with a computer section
is your best bet.
