Getting Spell Checking in a Protected Document

I have the spell checker macro working in my form that I submitted. I need
to forward this document to my manager who will post this document on a
portal. How do I get this macro to work wherever I send it? I am having
difficulties for my manager opening the document and then trying to run the
spell check macro( a shortcut is in the tools menu) she has the same security
settings high as me but the security message is coming up and it is not
workiing. I need to get this document working on our portal and easy to use
for everyone to use the form, fill it in and spell check it.
