Getting Sound on outlook express Windows XP

I am unable to get sound on cards sent to me or any other
e-mail I receive that has sound. My late husband is the
administrator and I need to get it changed to my name so
I can make changes. What do I need to do?

Sound playing in mail shouldn't depend on whether or not your account is an
Administrator account. You should ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
