Getting rid of trojan in java

I found 2 trojans when scanning and to grt rid of them, it tells me to empty
the java cache. I can't find it. Going to control panel and emptying the
temporary internet files doesn't work! WHERE IS THE CACHE I NEED TO EMPTY!
 
Control Panel > Java.

I would be very surprised if all you needed to do to remove a trojan was
to empty your Java cache.

What is the "it" that's told you this? It sound highly unlikely that that
would get rid of a trojan.
