Getting rid of the "Favorite Folders" in Outlook 2k3?

Is there some way to get rid of the annoying Favorite Folders section in
O2k3? I have removed all the folders from that section but I can't figure
out how to just make it go away altogether. It's wasting space on my screen.

Help. :)

It cannot be removed completely.
 
I spent a lot of time trying to get rid of favorite folders, all you can do
is reduce the number of folders by deleting from the favorite area. I do not
like many of the features. It is tough to sort emails because the extra
lines, etc.. oh well.
