Getting rid of the "clean up your preferences" message in IE6

Hi,

Hi,
I have deinstalled Internet Explorer 6 because of some problems and
reinstalled it. After I reinstalled it, everytime I start up the system I
get the same message: "Do you want to clean up your preferences in Internet
Explorer", and all the time I have to press the No button (once I didn't pay
attention to the button I pressed and I erased all my previous Favorites).
How do I get rid of that annoying message, is there any way? Or do I have to
reinstall Windows XP ?

I think you have a third-party program that makes this question,
AFAIK, IE does not ask that question. You must ascertain what program
it is and either uninstall it or go into its settings and change them
so it does not ask you that question.
