getting my emails

When I want to get my new emails I have to push the send/receive button at
the top. How do i get them to automatically show up when i'm in outlook?

You need to set up an automatic Send/Receive interval. Depending on your
version, the instructions for how to do so may vary.

Set an automatic send/receive interval with Tools>Optons>Mail
Setup>Send/Receive
