We have two laptops. We want "mail" on both. Our ISP is "PeoplePC.com". The
Sony Vaio uses XP, PeoplePC, Microsoft Outlook, IncrediMail.

We have three (3) screen names we want to use)
The Dell Inspiron 1150 uses PeoplePC.com, PeoplePC and Outlook.

We are ready to revert to quill and ink after days of frustration
w/computers/internet issues/ISP problems and not being able to get tech
assistance from Microsoft (even on the MS Office 2003 issues) w/o paying a
fee!

Help please???

You need to set up e-mail accounts at your ISP (People PC.com), and get
e-mail server information from them. Then, in Outlook, it's Tools> Email
Accounts> Add a new e-mail account. For each account you want to add, go
through and fill in the fields with the appropriate information for that
account. Then test, and set up the next account. It should be much the same
with any other e-mail client. (I have used Netscape, Outlook Express,
Outlook, and Entourage. They all seemed much the same as far as setting up
accounts.)
