How can I get the name of the logged on user when using identity
impersonate?

This returns the IUSR:

System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent

Not really sure if this can help you but, you can always call a windows
API, or you could try the Request.ServerVariables["Logon_user"] to
retrive this variable.

But the strange part is that i use User.Identity.Name when using
ASP.NET instead of the one you wrote.
