getting links to open from outlook express

i'm having a problem getting links to open when they are clicked on in
outlook express. i didn't have this yesterday,but now i do. please help.
 
none of these worked,in fact,the first three links brought up "web page
unavailable" errors.

Have you tried this:

From Start>Run type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings'.

i just tried that,and it did not work either. this is only happening in
outlook express. all other links in other applications work,just not in OE.
anything else i can try?

regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll

Failing that, please try the Outlook Express News Group:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
or
http://aumha.org/nntp.htm
