getting image into outlok .. ??

i use outlook quite a bit for tasks that i am currently
working on.

when i'm 'out and about, i write things down pertinant to
the task.. in a little notebook.

what i would like, is to learn what the best ,quickest,
easiest, cheepest, ect... ways that there are to get these
handwritten notes of mine ( 4.5" by 3.25") into the tasks
folders ... so i don't have to type them in..


it really does not have to be outlook that i use..


but i'm also sync'ing to an axim 5 w/ coresponding
files...

so the files should be able to open quickly (like in
tasks )(whereas- word and pocket word- take a sec. or
two)... and also be able to sync-up... the note (picture)
and the text that has already been typed into the file..

how do i learn how to do this...??

(i would use a different application... if you know of
any that will do what i'm looking for)

Seems to me your Axim would be the better place to take your handwritten
notes, then use the character recognizer to convert it to machine text. he
Axim will sync and you can cut-and-paste the notes to tasks.
