internetsetfilepointer win32 api function does.

I have looked around on the web if somebody played with
'InternetSetFilePointer' in .NET. There are 0 results showing up.

My thought was serious this morning it is better if the OP looks himself if
he can find it, just a search in that page and maybe he find an alternative.

If not maybe, Herfried has than a solution.

I have not to repeat what I think of using unnecessary API's in the dotnet

And showing that page in this newsgroup I will do as often as possible.
