Getting Error while starting the Windows XP:we apologies
for the inconvenience, but windows did not start
successfully due to hardware or software changes.

tried to start the computer in the Safe mode,Safe mode
with Command Prompt and Last known good configration-Failed

Hello Sourav,
if you haven't changed any major hardware very recently
then you do the following:-
1]scan the system with latest updated anti-virus software
2]boot up with original bootable XP CD and opt for "Repair"
option; follow on screen instructions.
