Getting error from some program called "nwiz.exe"

During boot up, I frequently get a popup message that
says "nwiz.exe has encountered an error and will have to
close". What the heck is "nwiz.exe". Do I have a virus or
is this some microsoft windows XP file that I am having a
problem with? I have Norton AntiVirus running and up to
date, so I am thinking this is not a virus. Anyone who
can help? Thanks
