Getting data from excel sheets on different machines ??

I need to copy and summarize certain data from excel sheets on various
machines in a network to an excel sheet on my computer in the network. how
can I possibly do it???
 
Is the network drive (server) mapped on all the machines?
Do all the machines have the appropriate permissions to access (read/write)
to the drive?

If yes, just create a new folder on the network drive and copy the relevant
files from each machines C: drive to it.

You can set XL to automatically write (save) to this network drive instead
of the machines own C: drive, making all data available to all machines.
