Getting corresponding test value to a MIN function

I have a sheet that looks something like this...

Car Price

Ferrari 120
Porsche 2435
Ford 270
Mazda 635

I am able to get one of the prices in another worksheet, by just selecting
the cell, but I want the name of the corresponding car to appear in the cell
at the right, and I dont know how to do it.

Help Please!!
