getting all hotfixes

I'm wondering if it's possible to get all new hotfixes and update for
WinXP Pro SP2 for my language (not eng) in an easy way? Is there a page
that lists and gives links for them all? And I only have to change the
language code in the url (like lang=en-US to something else)?

Cause fetching them one by one from microsofts page, takes forever.

I know there are sertain pages (like
http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/updatepack.html) that releases a pack with
the newest hotfixes, but there isn't any for my language, so those tips
won't help me.

No matter what language you're using, there should be an option for "Windows
Update" in the "Start\Programs" menu.

I don't know about other languages, but I start looking at:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx
I follow the links to the downloads from there. I get my updates by
downloading them, then installing later.
 
Found that already. But it isn't available in my language. Any other
tip on how to fetch hotfixes?
