Getting Access and Visio to work together

Do you know of any books or websites that would speak directly to this
situation. Or do you do this type of work?

I am working with a Audio/Video retailer and they layout their designs with
Visio, then build their proposals with an Access database I wrote for them.
I am investigating the feasibility of having Access look to a Visio drawing
to automatically put products placed in the drawing into a proposal at the
same time.

All help is appreciated.
