getting a program to run

I have a program called character tool. it is used to preview animations for
the game "Freedom Force" It works fine at work on win 2000 and win xp as I
recall, but it continually crashes on this new windows media. I have tried
all compatibility settings and no compatibility checked at all. what else
can I do?

Check with the program's tech support for issues with their software.
