getting a computer administrator

Control Panel>Users
You must be an administrator to create a new account,
including an administrator account. All new accounts are
administrator until you set the account to limited.

If your account is not an administrator account you'll have
to logon as the default administrator from safe mode.

Administrator account is already created by default.

To change a 'user' to administrator one needs to have Administrator
priveledges or be logged on as administrator.

First find a partner that is willing to procreate with you. Have
intercourse until she conceives. Allow her to give birth. Send the
child to school, pushing them in the direction of computers and
networking. Hope they like doint it enough to stick with it. When
they are old enough, they can then enter the work place and get a job
as a computer administrator.

This will likely take anywhere from 16-22 years. I hope you are
patient.
