I'm getting an error message after I reloaded Office.
When I open Outlook, error messages occur that say it
can't locate GetIUMS in the MSDART.DLL file. It has to do
with the Outlook Today page. I can't find any information
on this. Can anyone help?

I just started having this problem too after XP locked up
on me due to a wireless keyboard/mouse problem and I had
to cold boot since Outlook wouldn't shut down properly
during a smart power down. I tried the previous
suggestion in this newsgroup to copy the msdart.dll file
in the Windows/System32 folder to "msdart32.dll", but
this didn't solve the problem. So I also renamed the
original msdart.dll file still in the system32 folder to
another name (e.g., msdart_old.dll), and now I no longer
get the error message opening Outlook. Not sure if this
means when the dll file is needed for some operation, the
operation will work, but at least the annoying error
message is gone.
