Get the mouse pointer to change when focusing on different fields

I would like to getthe mouse pointer (?) to switch from the arrow to e.g. a
hand when it is on a particular field. At the same time I would like the
field to be highlighted. How do I do this?

I gave that up ten years ago You must use the Mouse_Move Event
http://www.lebans.com might provide a solutions. He's made a lot of WYSIWYG
thingies
