I get a save prompt many times when I close a workbook with a lot of
vba code even though I just saved the workbook. Anyone know why this
could be happening?

You code could me changing the contents of the workbook

Mike,
Thanks. I thought about that, but couldn't find anything. After your
reply I looked at it from another angle and found a place where I am
setting a named range. Finding the source is just a start. Now I
have to figure out how to keep the functionality & get rid of the
prompt.
