Get PowerDesk to open quickly?

Greetings,

Is there a way I can speed up the opening and use of PowerDesk (file
utility program) with XP Home?

Kind of like how Mozilla does? Don't need an icon it the system try
necessarily but a way to keep it in memory so it will open quickly.

Won't just opening it and keeping it minimized do what you want?
