Get error Form after e-mail has come in

The mail will come in. Then the error form appear. saying that it had problem
with so and so Protocol. This what it said," the host
'mailgate.rochester.rr.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server correctly. subject 'I got home,' Account:
'pop.rochester.rr.com', server: 'mailgate.rochester.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure (SSL):No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800 CCCDD. So
what do I have to do so it will stop appearing at the end of each e-mail
receiving. Mary

Check here to see if you're using the correct server names for your part of
rr.com:

Also, are you using rr.com as your internet provider when you try to connect
to that server? If not, such connections to port 25 of that server are
likely to
be blocked, to cause trouble for spammers. If this case, inspect the above
instructions for any option to use some port other than port 25. Just
trying all
the ports is a very slow way to find one that works, since there are about
65,000 ports available and it's unlikely that more than a few of them will
accept outgoing mail.
 
There is no server on the Internet named mailgate.rochester.rr.com.
Where did you get that server name from? Contact your provider for
the correct server name.
