get contacts into word to print envelopes

I am trying to print an envelope in Word 2003 by clicking on the address book
icon. When I do this I am told I need to log onto the Microsoft exchange. I
used to be able to just click on the address book and my contact from outlook
came right in. I don't understand why all of a usdden I cannot do something I
have done before. I have windows XP and am using Office Professional 2003

Have you tried running Help/Detect and Repair in Word and in Outlook? If that
doesn't resolve the problem then try asking in an OUTLOOK newsgroup.
