Get a total from a query?

I have a query that includes these fields:
DOS
Service
Provider
Fund
CAACode

I am trying to create a query that gives me a total count of services by
CAACode. In my query I created two columns with CAACode. The second column
I set total to count. When I run the query if it results in 7 records I
just get a 1 for each record. Which makes sense but not what I wanted. How
do I get a figure of 7 for the total? Should I be using the report to get
a total? If so, how?
New to database ? so the simpler the better ? thanks for any help.

SELECT Count(*) As CountOfServices, CAACode
FROM tblMyTable
GROUP BY CAACode
