Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

I keep getting the Dialog Box for "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services"
saying "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem &
needed to close". I press "Send error report" and a different box opens up
for "Error Reporting" that I press, "Close". Once I do this, I get the
original Dialog Box for "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" with the
same message. Whether I press, "Send error report" or not, it keeps repeating
the same dialog box for several times before it goes away. Why is this
happening?
 
Check your Event Viewer for information on the errors (Start...Run...type in
"eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter).
