Generating Fixtures

I am trying to create some football fixtures for my league. I have name
the list of teams "clubs" and i need to get them to generate fixture
where each team plays the other teams once.

Team 1 needs to go in Column C and
Team 2 needs to go in Column D.

can anybody help ????
