Generating an automatic e-mail

I am trying to setup a database that automatically e-mails an employee's
supervisor 7 days before their performance review is due. I am new to using
access and am not sure how to set this up (macro maybe?). Any help would be
much appreciated.

Hi,
if you have Outlook installed - you can look at docmd.sendobject method
furthermore - you can send a report in a body of email, instead of
attachment
