=> General Templates unavailable

Hi,
on our network we have two users that can click the
General Templates link on the New Document task pane (Word
2002). But nothing happens.

I have uninstalled and then re-installed Office. However,
the problem persists.

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated :-)

When installing, did you install the templates?

Our organisation does not use the templates and wizards
supplied with the installation cd. We use Workgroup
Templates extensively.

The setup appears to be the same as for other users.

Templates you did not install will not be there.

It sounds as if your two users either do not have the correct folder
configured as their workgroup templates folder or they do not have adequate
folder priveleges on the network.
