its important to my work to find answers for these questions
so if u know the answer please help me

how to make an area in the form have an opacity less than the hole form?
and how to make the area of desktop behind this area accessable by
the user -(as it looks like a transparent area)- from within this area ?

I don't think that you can make part of a window transparent through
opacity, it would be all or nothing. But you could define a custom Region
that cuts out part of the Form allowing anything behind to show through and
become accessible to the user.

i did as u said coz i need a non rectangular form in my project but i still
want an area of this form looks like semi-transparent and acts as a full
transparent , which gives the user to access desktop icons behind it.
