Gathering rows of data from multiple wrkbks to single column

I need to have multiple workbooks for entering data and then have a Summary
workbook that gathers all the data and lines it up in a single report placing
all the data in conjoined ascending columns so there are no gaps between the
data or multiple sheets.

Can anyone lend a guiding hand?
