Actually, if you go to Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced ->
Color tab, Desktop is usually selected, allowing you to make changes
to your normal viewing. If you change the selection to Full Screen
3D, you can make changes to your 3D i.e. games viewing - you can also
save different profiles here.
That's with Control Panel of most current Catalyst drivers AFAIK.
Control Center may be the same.
