I have the game Max Payne which isnt supposed to work any
XP. I was however able to play it on my laptop which had
Xp home. On my Desktop I have XP Pro and the graphics
are whited out. Thus preventing me from being able to
play it. Ive checked the main website and all they would
tell me is that It will not support XP end of story. I
was wondering if anyone could tell me why it would work
my ony laoptop with XP home but not on my desktop with XP
PRo (Well properly that is.)

Because your laptop has different hardware than your desktop and you got
lucky.
