How do I uninstall the games components (mindsweeper,
solitare, etc) from windows 2000?

Are these computers on a domain? You could use group policies to disable
games in a domain. If not you could always rename or delete the game
executables.

Hope this is clear enough

Do a search for the sysoc.inf file
open the file in word pad
you will find a list of old base components
There will be the word hide in each line
remove that word from each line you want to remove.

close and save the file

go to add and remove programs
look in accesrories and remove the games you want to

you now have to go back to the sysoc.inf file and reverse
the changes you made

otherwise the ability to Add the games back will be there.

as I said I hope this is clear enough
