Games wont install

when i try to install any game new or old, the installation process won't
start. The program doesnt stop responding it just wont start installing. i
have managed to install doom 3 but nothing else will install.

If the main page did not autoplay, you need to double-click the icon of
you CDROM.
If the problem is not in your system, maybe your CDROM is down.
