Gallery does not appear for header, footer, etc

For any reason galleries for header, footer, etc. dont appear in my Office
2007 on Windows Vista, but on Windows XP SP2 they do. I've reinstalled
couple times and both Office and WinVista are updated with SP1. Can you help
me?
 
Exit Word, delete the Building Blocks.dotx template, and then start Word
again.

To find the template, you can search for it in Windows (note that you may
have to search hidden files and folders to find it).
