fxsext32.dll could not be installed or loaded

I did a google search for the folloeing error message with Out look2000.

"The add-in C:\WINDOWS\System32\fxsext32.dll could not be installed or
loaded."
It brought me to this newsgroop. I have suscribed but can not seem to find
it. Does any body have any insight to what this problem is? Outlook still
functions as expected but the message is real bothersome.
 
You have tried to configure Outlook to use the Fax Server extensions for
Windows XP Fax.
Explain what you did and what mail support mode of Outlook and operating
system you are using.
